Stillhouse Press kicks off its year of poetry with Phil Goldstein's "How to Bury a Boy at Sea"

2022 is Stillhouse Press’s Year of Poetry, featuring a lineup of four arresting full-length collections that launches on April 5 with the publication of Phil Goldstein’s How to Bury a Boy at Sea, a rare, unflinching look at the effects of child sexual abuse from the male perspective. In the fall, the press follows with Latif Askia Ba’s The Machine Code of a Bleeding Moon and Alicia Elkort’s A Map of Every Undoing, along with Stillhouse’s first-ever anthology, a collection of poetry and prose by writers living, working, and writing with disabilities.

Presales for How to Bury a Boy at Sea are currently live at stillhousepress.org, and advance copies of the fall books will be available to reviewers by August. Readers can keep up with the press, and the progress of all of its books, on Twitter and Instagram (@stillhousepress).
