Fall for the Book: October 10th When Twilight Comes: The Animals and Plants that Bring Dawn and Dusk to Life — Headshot of Marcie Flinchum Atkins and Cover of When Twilight Comes: The Animals and Plants that Bring Dawn and Dusk to Life

Join Fall for the Book on October 10th with special guest Marcie Flinchum Atkins, who invites kids to explore these hours in When Twilight Comes: The Animals and Plants that Bring Dawn and Dusk to Life.

Dawn and dusk are bursting with life- all you have to do is look! Author, librarian and teacher, Marcie Flinchum Atkins invites kids to explore these hours in When Twilight Comes: The Animals and Plants that Bring Dawn and Dusk to Life. Enjoy a readaloud where you’ll learn which animals and plants emerge while we’re just waking up or going to sleep. Afterwards, explore stations with pictures and information about crepuscular creatures and collect cards to build your own handbook about the worlds of dawn and dusk in your own backyard! This event is perfect for kids aged 4-8.
